OutWorlders, Inc. is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, state, or local law. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. Participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event and/or future events, without a refund, at the discretion of the administration.

Harassment includes but is not limited to:

• Slurs and other verbal, visual, or physical abuse related to gender, gender identity/expression,sex, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, color, age, religion, national origin, ancestry, or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, state, or local law.
• Gratuitous sexual images in public spaces
• Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following
• Harassing photography or recording
• Sustained disruption of talks or other events
• Inappropriate physical contact
• Unwelcome sexual attention
• Threats of aggression or harm
• Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behaviors

Exception: Content related to sex, adult themes, discriminatory language, or similar is permissible if attendees are given ample warning and opportunity to leave beforehand.

Reporting

To report harassment, speak to a member of OutWorlders administration or to the event host.

OutWorlders will protect the confidentiality of people who report harassment or participate in a harassment investigation to the greatest possible extent.
